You retain ownership of material you submit to the Platform but grant NurtureNet a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and display such content to operate and promote the Platform. All other intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by NurtureNet.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as legally required, including to support dispute resolution and enforce agreements.

9. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

To resolve disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or Platform use, you and NurtureNet agree to binding arbitration governed by the laws of Quebec, conducted in Montréal under the rules of the [named arbitration institution], except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy except as prohibited by law.
