Tell Us Your Needs
When, how much, what support are you looking for? When you set up your caregiver profile, you will be prompted to answer questions about schedules, hourly rates, specific demands, and language/ethnicity considerations. Be as specific as possible to find the right care.

Sign Up and Browse Professionals
Once you have a free profile, you will be shown care provider profiles that match your needs. It’s up to you to reach out and start a conversation—feel free to ask specific questions and get clarity before committing (see our blog post “5 Questions to Ask a Potential Babysitter” for tips).

Set Up an Interview and Find the Perfect Match
With NurtureNet, you can connect with a prospective professional through a quick phone call or you can set up an in-person interview! You can set expectations for the meeting through the in-app messenger, and if all goes well, it’s easy to keep a consistent schedule and quick communication through NurtureNet!

Describe Your Skills
Tell us about your services and work expectations. Whether you are a babysitter or a licensed speech therapist, NurtureNet will help you outline your hourly rate, weekly schedule preferences, and ideal clientele. When creating a professional profile, you will be prompted to answer questions that help us match you with families that need you.

Sign Up
Once you’ve gone through the profile creation process, you will be able to choose a monthly plan that fits your budget and business needs. Each plan comes with helpful features like calendars, payment support, and templates to make the business side of things easy (check our blog post “How to Manage Your Therapy Private Practice Without Burning Out” for tips).

Get Matched
Families will reach out to you, and you can use the in-app messenger to discuss the client’s needs and set up a call or in-person interview. You can also be the first one to message a potential client! Send a short intro message, and don’t forget to discuss important logistics like hourly rates and weekly schedules before committing to work together.

Conduct Background Checks
Many service providers have criminal checks done through the SVMP, and ALL professionals undergo thorough identity checks.
Do Safety Screenings
We ask parents, caregivers and service providers to give safety feedback throughout the course of work to keep everyone accountable and safe.
Verify Reviews
All honest reviews will be public. Both caregivers and care providers are asked to provide reviews regularly and upon completion of services.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed through a trusted payment service. All banking information is secure and confidential.
